Porn to the Rescue!
A new health regulation going into effect in Los Angeles on March 5th, will require male porn actors to use condoms. The industry is not happy and may look to Nevada as a new filming location.
I say great! The amount of money and jobs flowing into our state would be phenomenal. For example, at its climax and before The Recession, the industry brought in about $4 billion in sales and created about 20,000 jobs in California. Now that’s what we need to make Sandoval’s economic plan for economic growth and prosperity a success. Best of all, the porn film industry would fit right in with our brothels and politics.
I immediately wondered whether Sandoval’s Economic Development slush fund for companies he likes, will be used to entice the porn industry to Nevada? Unfortunately, after I got my hopes up, I read where Sandoval got all fluffy on this and his Office of Economic Development publicly nixed the idea.
Never say never though. Sandoval needs to reconsider and understand that when looking at economic opportunities, all industries should be “on the table” or in bed.
